You got a 20ft Xpress correct? If so you shouldn't have a problem bud. I run a 20ft Xpress center console and it will handle it. I crossed Conroe in 3 fters in mine. Just take it slow and easy. It's not ideal conditions for sure but Conroe stays choppy pretty much all the time.

There was a day I speared a 5 footer on Conroe and absolutely filled the boat with 20 inches of water. You can’t help but notice that.

I'm not in a huge hurry to get around so I'll take it slow. Might not venture too far, see how it goes. That looks a lot like mine Quackerbox. I was actually shopping new boats a few weeks ago but mines paid for and does what I need. Work is up in the air right now and will be all year for me until they decide who's getting laid off. That coupled with the sticker shock and my ol Xpress will be fighting a couple more summers for me.
