If you go back to eating junk food, yeah. You'll gain a bunch of weight pretty fast.

If you're eating only meat and you're constipated, you're not eating enough fat and/or your gut microbiome is messed up. Take some probiotics. Eat some fermented stuff here and there - yogurt (full fat, sugar-free, not a lot of added ingredients - just yogurt), sauerkraut, dry sausage, etc....

Yeah, the belly can get a little angry in the early goings.

Once you get past it and are eating clean, if you have a bad cheat day, you will be back in that.

This will subside once you maintain the diet for a while , add a probiotic , or fermented foods ( small amounts) with your meals.

I wish I could do Carnivore diet but recently had a kidney stone and a major cause of kidney stones is meat. I am looking to lose 30lbs.

I misspoke earlier in this post. Fiber is the last thing that I need.

Meat and vegetables usually doesn’t cause the flying dirtys, mainly dry bricks😂, I’ll never do that diet again I’ll just eat less

Listen to Dr Ken berry on the tube . He has a good video about this and how red meat is not a cause of it .

Most kidney stones are made of oxalates, which come from vegetables. Listen to Dr. Ken Berry, as recommended above. Also Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Robert Cywes, Dr. Ben Edwards, and lots of others. Eating only or mostly meat will stop kidney stones, actually.

That said, don't just go carnivore all at once over night. That will likely lead to heavy oxalate dumping, which could make it worse for a while. If you decide to go carnivore, do it gradually over 3-4 months. Listen to Sally Norton, a nutritionist that understands oxalates and the harm they cause better than just about anybody else around. She has a great book on the subject.
