If you can swear off of processed sugar completely your overall health will be surprisingly improved.

I started the carnivore diet back on June 1st. I was strict with no carbs no sugar no alcohol for the first month. Did not really exercising other than walking. After having multiple steroid injections and back issues plus having to walk with a cane for long distance I had to do something. I was the heaviest I had ever been at 245lbs. I'm now down to 205 I eat what I want on the weekends except eating bread only once or twice a wk if I have any at all. I may have an occasional drink but it's not beer and it might be once every 2 months or more. I eat deer meat when I have it. Mostly 2 cups of the precooked steak and chicken fajita meat from sams by it's self or a packet of tuna or chicken.

The BBBE diet is a great place to start. Be strict let it work. I have added in some avocado, its high in fat, dairy as well. When you add things back in go slowly see how it affects you. Processed foods and processed sugar getting off of them will make a huge difference in how you feel. I had carb and sugar withdrawals when I started and was a tough 3 weeks or so. I don't ever want to go back. I typically eat 4 eggs every morning with 3 strips of bacon or ham especially after morning works outs.
If eggs are fried its in butter. Hamade meat chips or deer sticks for snacks during the day or some pork rinds be careful and check the labels. LMNT added to a bottle of water is what i drink for breakfast. Dinner is the big protein meal, steak, chicken, fish, shrimp, burgers. We even have taco Tuesday using the egglife wraps.

Yep, mainly carnivore but most importantly I am staying away from processed foods. Once you are mostly taking in all natural foods, you don't want that crap anymore.
Eggs, butter, beef, bacon. avocado, local honey, some veggies, venison, fish and a little bit of chicken. My main source of meat is beef in the form of a ribeye.
I work out 4 days a week either cardio, lifting, core etc etc. I cheat once a week which is on Saturday's with cold Coors Light watching college football. Roll Tide! Yes, this lifestyle works. Send me a pm if you want to see a pic of me naked.
