I drink a lot of sparkling water. I like Pellegrino better than Topo Chico. TC is super fizzy. Pellegrino isn't quite as fizzy. I put lemon or lime juice in it. I buy only the glass bottles. No plastic.

I also put electrolyte powder in water every day. It's good in the sparkling water, but you have to stir it in slow or else it will foam up and run over the glass. Mostly I put it in plain water. These are the ones I like:

I use LMNT. I'm on a monthly auto ship. I drink two packets a day and they really help. Love the salt

I am curious why you do 2 packs a day. I also bought it and use one in the mid morning. I also use redmonds salt in meals and water. My question is how do you know how much salt to ingest per day.

Bret or Shane have y’all made any of the carnivore breads? I am still very strict with the main plan but dang I feel I need just a little something different.

I feel like two packs , one in morning and one afternoon is keeping me hydrated and feeling good. They suggest only two packs per day also. I haven't tried the Carnivore breads. I also haven't been 100% strict either. I eat some berries like strawberries and blueberries for something sweet once in a while. Eating on the road is difficult but if you stick to meat only it's better than eating things loaded with carbs.

I haven't tried any of the breads. I've seen a couple that look interesting. I love ribeye and elk though. I just don't get bored eating good meat.

I blame statins for rupturing both my biceps.

I’ve never really done any diets before, but after the holidays, I’ve put on some extra weight, and it’s starting to bother me. So, I’m thinking of giving this diet a try and seeing if it helps. I also want to get back into swimming—it’s such a great workout, and I always feel good after. My goal is to swim a mile a day , as i found this cool breakdown of calories burned https://betterme.world/articles/calo...imming-1-mile/. Might take a while to build up, but I’m excited!

Awesome. Don't think of it as a diet - at least not in the sense of what that word has come to mean. The main purpose of carnivore isn't to lose weight. The main purpose is to be healthy. Losing excess fat is just a side effect of eating a proper human diet and NOT eating all the things that destroy our health (processed foods, seed oils, sugar, grains, carbs....)

I do 1 pack of lmnt or the iv . Sometimes I add propel water mix’s . If I don’t do that I will get leg cramps in my sleep.

ID:	27054989 My version of carnivore chili. Ground elk, ground venison mine is ground with 10% bacon ends, ground wagyu beef, beef chorizo, beef bone broth and Ragin blaze chili fixings. Now this is about as clean if a carnivore chili fixings that I can make with out using the traditional fixings. The beef chorizo helps in texture and color.
Add onions if you like and seasonings as per your diet. It really taste like traditional chili.
