Yes they would be stupid and may deserve it if they eat it but that is not going to stop the law suit. There are plenty of stupid people that do stupid things and sue. There is also the issue of how quickly the dye takes effect. What if it eats the poison then runs across the fence to get shot. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It could also happen with impacting the neighbors livestock.

Take a look at the data sheet on Kaput, it's states that toxicity and bioaccumulation is possible in other non-targeted species. How much data and studies have been done to conclude with high confidence that it's selective and non-toxic to non-targeted species?

I don't trust the marketed science. If a hog can eat it and die so will other animals. Profit comes first when you introduce a product to the market. People been paid off I firmly believe.

They eat what I plant for deer and I have to fence my corn and protein feeders to keep them from hanging around. Deer won’t eat if pigs are there. I wouldn’t give a damm if I ever saw another one, but I won’t poison them.

I've got just the ticket for those. It's my own special poison. It's called Federal Fusion from a AR-10. I give them about a 150 grain dose one at a time.

The same government and paid off officials will grant them full immunity. You know similar to what the government did for the covid vax makers while in other countries the lawsuits are stacking up with tons of evidence that the US suppresses
