2024 Workout Accountability Thread!

    Good to see folks are still getting after it. I have been trying to stay motivated and still hit the gym regularly I just haven’t been as consistent as earlier in the year. Additionally, I have been bad about posting my workouts. Will be hitting up chest and triceps later today.

    Thursday was legs and traps
    Friday was back and shoulders
    Saturday was arms and legs

      new pr on squat at 390’. Goal was 400 by the End of 2024 so it’ll be a close one.

          Friday was an arm and leg day, but I wasn't feeling it so it turned into an active recovery day. Got in this AM for chest and back and was feeling strong AF, so I made the most of it.

          Incline BP 5X5
          Pull ups 5X5
          BP 5X10
          T-bar row 5X10
          Pec deck fly 2X15
          Low row 2X15
          Hanging leg raise 5X10
          Med ball sit up 5X10
          Crunch machine 2X10
          1000m row

          Arms and legs tomorrow.

            I didn't get any workouts in over the weekend, but I did spend Friday, Saturday and Sunday "helping" a friend shoot a commercial video project in College Station and got plenty of movement in all three days!

            I did a 30 min base run (2.9 mi) this morning.

                  "Norwegian 4x4" VO2 Max run this morning. Still getting in 100+ pushups and 15k+ steps almost every day, as well.

                          Chest and back today. I was humping it today, but had to wait on people for certain equipment, some of which I never got to. Still a good day!
