    Leg day today and I'm pretty sure I'm going to regret my decision later.

    Belt squat 5X10
    Hanging leg raise 5X10
    Leg extension 5X10
    Ab crunch machine 5X10
    Sled leg press 5X10
    Calf Raise 5X20
    Standing leg curl 5X10
    Hip abduction machine 5X10
    Wood chop 2X10

    Shoulder day tomorrow.

        Forced myself to do a rest day yesterday.

          I've been slacking a little with travel. I did a Hotworx Pilates workout with my daughter on Friday morning. Ran 4.3 miles this morning. I'm going to get in some work tomorrow and Thursday before heading to the lease for the weekend.

              I took today off as a rest day from the gym. I just couldn't drag myself outta bed this AM. I'll hit it tomorrow for sure.

                    Chest and triceps done earlier today.

                    I am still working through some right shoulder issues but have been feeling better. Shoulder hasn’t felt this good in over 5 months… I still have a bit of pain but some of the rotator cuff elastic band work has been helping. Additionally, rolling/pressing a lacrosse ball into the sore spots seems to be helping significantly. Hoping to be 100% by the end of the year.

                                I went home at lunch yesterday, not feeling well. Slept until 5:30 then went back to bed and slept all night. I'm still not 100% today, but better. Needless to say I missed gym this morning. Gonna make it tomorrow.
