swim...an hour a day

I commute on a cyclo-cross bike 26 miles round trip with an 18lb backpack tugging on my shoulders.
Try to do it every day, but when morning temps dip in the 30°s, I wimp out and take the truck.
The wife has taken up Crossfit and it has transformed her physique, she looks great.
I need to add this.

I walk 4-5 miles a night and do this every chance I get. 4-6 hour surf sessions will flat out whip anyone riding Texas waves. We don't get many ground swells with lulls between sets like the Pacific and or Atlantic oceans...when Texas is on it's a wave every 6 - 10 seconds off the beach 200+ yards.

Same goes for pushups... as few as 20 can be tough on rings.Last edited by Legdog; 01-06-2012, 03:28 PM.
