I roll over several times a night and get up to pee 2 times.

Not Bjj but boxing. Started years ago when I was younger and competed in a few tournaments. I decided to stop competing few years ago when I started getting sharp pains in my head.But I still go to the gym for work outs and run on weekends.
You don't need much to get in shape!
