I battled shin splints for a while when getting back into working out - Someone mentioned my shoes and lead me to getting some better shoes with a LOT more cushion and I have not had a shin splint since. I went with the Asics Kayano 17

I get a good workout everyday at work usually, but I enjoy cycling and I do a full body free weight workout 3X a week.

I found out when you get in your 30's running is a must.

I have lifted weights all my life but have now added a 20-30 run to my work outs and it seems to make a big difference.

Crossfit changed my life. I go 5 days a week and wish I could do more!

I don't run unless something bigger, meaner and/or better armed is chasing me. I do a lot of walking, often with a pack on my back.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu...nothing else comes close. Nothing like fighting to keep you in shape. Starting out it will show you how weak you core is.

I can't run but I started using the Wii Fit and I do a lot of outside work.

Not Bjj but boxing. Started years ago when I was younger and competed in a few tournaments. I decided to stop competing few years ago when I started getting sharp pains in my head. But I still go to the gym for work outs and run on weekends.

You don't need much to get in shape!

I lift 3 to 4 times a week, mix in some p90x and lead what I consider an active lifestyle on top of that. Artifact digging, disc golf, gardening, yard work, river stomping, baseball etc.

I run about 12-15 miles a week. Had to back off over the last couple of weeks. Keep getting a pain in the top of my right foot. I've got to keep going though. I'm running the Houston half marathon on the 15.
