        Juiced for breakfast.

        2 Pears
        2 Granny Smith Apples
        1 Naval Orange

        I have to travel for work today so going Naked for Lunch!

          Juice for breakfast today:

          2 carrots
          1 large granny smith apple
          2 cups of spinach leaves
          8 strawberries

            Started the day off right. Jammed some juice when I woke up then off to the gym for 3.5 miles on the gerbil wheel and then worked chest and triceps. More juice after the workout and will drink the rest of the breakfast juice at 9ish.

            Breakfast (some of the best tasting that I have made)
            2 apples
            1 pineapple
            2 carrots
            1 thumb sized piece of ginger root
            Handful of blackberries
            Topped the jug off with coconut water.

            Lunch will be:
            5 kale leaves
            2 apples
            Ginger root
            One bunch of spinach
            1 small lemon
            2 carrots
            4 celery stalks


            Not sure what dinner is going to be just yet, a variation of the mean green - heavy on the veggies and light on the fruit.

            Also downed 4 - 8oz waters so I can get it all in.

              I don't know how y'all are able to do this. Breakfast for me was 3 egg whites and 3 little smoky sausages. I'm still hungry too. No way that would satisfy my appetite. Good luck and great job sticking with it for every meal.

              I'm basically doing the belly fat cure where I eat no more than 15g sugar a day and 5 servings of carbs a day (1 serving = 20g). I can eat all the meat that I want. I may try juicing later for a single meal replacement but for now I'm just trying to eat better and work my way down to smaller portion sizes.

                I am starting to replace 2 meals a day with juice and eat better for my supper and I always have more energy when I juice, it is just expensive. I need to lose about 20-25 pounds.

                I usually use more fruit than veggies because it tastes better. Do i need to balance that out?

                  Yes, you need to have for veggies than fruit. I do more fruit in the morning but switch to mainly veggies by lunch and dinner.

                    This looks very interesting. Me and my wife bought a juicer a few years ago and used it a few days then kinda forgot all about it. She signed me up for some bootcamp type workout while I was off hunting so I guess I better put her money to use. It starts tomorrow and I will break the juicer back out and start using it for breakfast at first. Next week I will replace breakfast and lunch.

                        Carefull with the Odwalla, though better than a soft dirnk they contain a lot of sugar-better than refined sugar- but lots of sugar.

                          I am starting with substituting one meal a day with the "Naked" liquid. How much should I drink at a sitting?
                          So many ounces of fruit/veg juice and how much water? I bought the 32 ounce container.

                            I am no expert.... what I did was drink a serving first thing in the am followed with -10oz of water. Then another serving at 9ish, 12ish and 2p. I was a but hungry at first and would drink a little more or just drink more water. Over time I had to force myself to eat because the hunger (and cravings for the bad stuff) went away.

                              72 oz of water a day..... its a lot. Easy for me because I am prone to stones and peeing water more often sure beats peeing a stone any time.

                              Mostly fruit in the am and transition to veggies in the evening.

                                Guys I see all the recipes but non include tomatoes. Any reason why. Just wondering. I figure I can mask the taste if I don't like it with the tomatoes and maybe throw in jalapeƱos for a kick. Am I on the the wrong track?
