I ran out of the house this am and forgot to grab my juice jug.... there was a Walmart on the way to the gym so I stopped in and snagged several of the Nakeds and Odwallas. I tried the "blue machine" this am and it was pretty darn good (blueberry/blackberry etc...). As mentioned in this thread you have to watch serving sizes....

I was also surprised at the selection of produce as well as different juices at Walmart. I usually try to stay away from that place. Still don't like fighting the usual crowd (no crowd at 4am).
iv been following this but not whole heartedly, iv been eating 1 meal a day and juicing 2..Usually its juice for breakfast and the 1 food mean for either lunch or dinner. Iv been on it for 8 days and have lost 17 pounds as of this morning. I think im going to try excluding the 1 meal and see what i loose then.
Definitely Start with some meal replacements for a week or so. Then if you are really motivated go for 10 days juice only. I feel better than I have in 8 years. I am still juicing a couple meals a day.
17 lbs in 8 days is great! I didn't have that much loss, but I did lose a respectable 7lbs in 10 days. My goal is still 20lbs by New Years and I'm on schedule for that.
I have decided to start a 60 day fast tomorrow. I feel like I have the routine down now and know what to expect. I will also start my exercise routine tomorrow as well.
Best of luck brother! I am going to start mine on Jan 3 so I can get things in order and enjoy the holidays (but be smart about it) I will continue to replace at least one meal a day up until then.
Looking forward to it, going to head to the local farmers market to stock up on fruits and veggies so I can get a good stock to have on hand. Have to figure out storage and what needs to be refrigerated and what can stay out. Going to try and stay at it in the gym without overdoing it and will jam as much water as I can stand.
