Just be sure to go to a Urologist....

Especially if you're older like me. I suffer from BPH (enlarged prostate) which means without my little pee pill I have to get up 3 or 4 times a night. The problem I have is that all my testosterone is making my prostate grow, so more of it would probably just aggravate my condition, or increase the chances of prostate cancer.

If your Urologist recommends Low T treatment, by all means go for it, but I'd get checked out thoroughly before I started taking the therapy.

And by the way, most of us need to be introduced to a good urologist anyway. I hate to say it, but most of us are going to need one eventually.

That or/and it is just natural for these levels to diminish as we age? I don't know, I am questioning. I am always sceptical to take any drug unless I really have to. I am sure if I went into the doctor's office and he tested me he would find me low... I am even sure if I went through all of it that I would feel some benefit. I am not questioning that. I am not picking an arguement.
A lot of people benefit from our money spent at the doctor's office, the insurance carriers, the doctors and staff themselves, the pharmacuetical companies, and on down the chain.

You're absolutely right about a lot of parties down the line benefiting from this, but it is a legit deal. Many would think it's just normal wear and tear, getting old, etc. If it's any reassurance, I'm 24, diagnosed since 18, pretty good shape, played football all my life, workout, eat well, etc. No matter how good my diet and workouts are my test is still low without the injection, and I can feel the difference.

When I first started treatments there weren't any low T centers that I knew of and hardly anyone really spoke up about it. Now, like you, I feel like it's a little overplayed sometimes but there are still plenty of legit cases.

Testojack......hmmm....Why do I see Si from Duck Dynasty doing a commercial for this?

The Dr told me to do the shots for 4 months and then come back. I have not been back yet. I gave myself the shot every 2 weeks for over 3 months and did not feel any better. The Dr told me when I started that there are some people that just don't respond to the treatments. He told me to try it a few months and if I didn't feel better there was no reason to keep doing it so after a little over 3 months of shots I quit doing them. Still feel the same. The main reason for me getting checked in the first place was chronic fatigue.

My dad has had chronic fatigue for years. He finally went and had his Testosterone tested and it was way low like mine is. He has been doing the shots for several months and he had his levels checked again and they have not increased. I guess it's just something some people have to live with. I'm 39 years old and my level is @ 190. I know other people that take the shots and their levels come up and they feel much better. I think anybody with low levels should give it a try for sure I just think that there are some people that the shots don't help, me being one of them.

Gave myself a shot this morning. that took some doing. Dr has me on a two week cycle. This stuff appears to be working. I did not notice anything the first week, but the second week I could feel the difference.
