                Allow me to explain.

                1) That is just how Rick spelled it out in the rules... You can specify how ever you want. Center to center, etc.

                2) When you shoot 3D, you cut a line if your shaft is touching the line of the scoring circle, not if the center of your shaft is dissected by the scoring circle.

                3) We are not shooting bullets and really, we are not shooting groups. In the firearm world, that 1" MOA accuracy on a group is a big deal... in archery... especially trad... nobody cares if it is a 3.125" group or a 2.825" group... it's a "3 inch group!"

                                Rick is dialing in the elevation turret on a rifle scope while the rest of us are pointing shotguns.

                                Here"s my Day 1 shot : 3-1/8". Will try and shoot catch-up shot as Day 2 after a while.
