I wouldn’t consider Talley to be quality either. There are a lot of Talley fanboys, but I’ve seen too many reports of them breaking and not being concentric to one another.

I’ve ran them on many guns without issue. The fixed permanent rings are much better than the ultralights IMO and that’s the ones that slipped. The problem for this is it’s a Sako with optilock and only way I can run 1913 rings is if I buy a $170 Contessa rail that fits that action.
