Found a pic of what my internals look like. The suppressor is 3 pieces. A bit louder than my Sig.

Brent, we still need to get together soon.

The one I posted yesterday is a QB. Very impressed with the quality of the parts. Took 43 days for my Form 1 to get approved.

What is the length and weight on that? Think it would handle 7 mag?

8" You'd have to check with SDT on 7mm Mag. capability. I don't know the weight.

When did you have this done?

Where did you get your cups from for the first run? What size you running B or D and what all have you ran it on? Been snooping around on their website and real close to placing an order for a set of parts and pieces.

D sized. I bought and drilled the freeze plugs after approval. Then they have a guy who will “repair” it. Talk to them. They have always been helpful.

What site you use for the freeze plugs?

I think they came from SDT also.

Form 1 Can / Solvent Trap

I’ve had my approved F1 since Sept of ‘19. I recently acquired all the parts and ready to drill some holes this weekend. I have about 650 invested. Its a SPC Ti tube, Ti endcaps with 2 HT SS 60* cups followed by 6 60* Ti cups. I’ll let you know next week how it turns out.

How did this end up running for you?

Got most of mine ordered now just need to submit for a form 1. Probably do that early July or once I get all the parts in which should be this week or next.

I went with a 6.8" TI Tube, TI Spacer at 2.25"~ish will sand to fit slowly for snug fit, 2 60° SS HT .75" skirt cups, 4 Stepped TI .5" skirt cups, and then TI direct thread 1/2x28 and TI end cap. Should give me around a 2.25" blast chamber. Was planning on a double clip. Figure this should weigh 10-12 ounces when completed.

Total cost is sitting at $410 for parts, plus $200 for stamp when I do it so will be a $610 dollar suppressor built within 2 months if I get on the ball with the Form 1 paperwork.

Same can as above. Shot is about 50 yards, I'm 20 yards downrange from the shooter, 30-40 yards off to the side. Super impressed with the performance.

My stamp is 31 days in, ready to drill my QB as well. Wait, I know you
First form 1 stamp took 21 days. I think Silencer Shop had 1500 form 1's and bogged down the system down.

Filed form 1 today. Probably should have done it a week ago but oh well. Got all my parts in. Now just a waiting game to drill out holes. Got a kitchen scale coming be here later this week will weight it and see where we are at but right now it is light I am betting 12 ounces or so will be finished product.
