Mine would be closest to the wttactical cups or muted machine works cups.

My cups are one piece skirt and cup. Some companies sell the cups and skirts separate. You can fine tune the distances between cups easier but I thinks it’s too many parts and they arnt as strong. I’ll pull mine apart in just a min and show what the double clip looks like.

These are what the titanium cups look like before being drilled and clipped.

Double asymmetric clipping on all except the last baffle.

Could someone do a step-by-step write-up explaining what's what & what it does?
I'm interested in doing this but know nothing about them. I know I can look on other sites but here I can ask questions & probably learn better. It'd be greatly appreciated!

I’ve got all the parts but need to know where I have to do the form 1 paperwork. Can the shop (Waymore Silencers) I’m getting my Sig Sauer suppressors through submit it? Or is it something I can do? What about the engraving? I assume I only need to engrave the tube? What information is required? I’m in Brazoria County near Alvin

I’m curious about the reason for cutting the slots? Why not simply drill the freeze plugs? My freeze plugs are stainless steel, and the tube & end caps are aluminum. I purchased everything un-drilled from www.jmpf.company

Creates more turbulence inside the can by redirecting the gasses to one side, increases the time gas is in the can which makes it quieter. By clipping just one side can make your point of impact shift hence the double clip that helps keep poi similar to no can.

Do not let your dealer file a paper form 1 you will wait just as long as a form 4. EFiled form 1 are being approved in 23ish days.

There are some good YouTube videos of filling out the efile form one

Video doesn't do the sound justice, shooting right by the barn doesn't help either.

It is very sloppy. Would it work? Probably. But it is something you will probably have forever, I would buy something better quality.

spend the extra money here and know you're getting quality stuff. https://www.quietbore.com/product/22lr-solvent-trap/

I don’t have it available. It is an SD Tactical that went back for “repair” and got a machined monocore.
