What is a good, decent priced 270 ammunition that is good for deer and pigs? Need it to be easy to get ahold of also.
Thanks guys!

I prefer the 130 grain silver ballistic tips because in my experience they make it three feet and those are all straight down

For factory loads I've had good luck with the 130 gr. Hornady Custom and Federal Premium.
But each rifle will prefer one more than another. Best is to try several and see what your rifle likes best.

As stated above. For affordability, remington core lockets. Just see what grain your gun shoots best.

It's not cheap but the hornady SST will drop them in their tracks

That's hard to beat but I'll throw in the Federal Fusion on the budget side.
From there, I'm a fan of anything loaded with a Nosler bullet and the new Vortex line of ammo.
Many many great options out there for the 270.

Federal fusion.
Inexpensive, accurate and proven deadly out of my guns on deer and hogs.
For several years now. Used fed blue box previously with good results also.

My .270 loves hornady American whitetail loads. Deer and pigs don't care for it at all.
