Galco makes a nice leather stock ammo carrier. I have one on my 450 marlin and it works great. I think T/C makes a rubber one that goes on the stock and can be closed? I think... LOL

Yep I was wrong it does not close. It does look like it would work well and it's made from silicone not rubber. The one I remember was very similar and brown in color.

That is what dad always used on his Encore for calling coyotes. Sounds to me like you need a bigger cartridge that is tighter in the loops.

In all this searching i actually saw a thread where a guy taped the federal 10 round red Ammo caddie to the side of his butt stock...

Here's what I use--and you can print out the range/trajectory data and tape it to the inside of the lid for those "Now how much do I hold over at 400 yds?" questions.
