TPWD Archery Draw Results...

Skunked on all three archery drawings.

Me too. But I applied for everything else as well so my fingers are still crossed.

I drew there too for the first hunt period....BUT I also drew the first hunt period at Black Gap for mulies, so I will be going to BG. I did hunt GE 2 years ago. Very nice place. I hunted the NW part of unit 15.

I got drawn for Gus Engeling. Last year my brother shot a huge 6pt and I killed a doe. It was a good hunt although some jackwagon that we got paired with totally tried to walk the entire place and pushed a bunch of deer around in the first hour of the hunt. We reported him and didn't see him again. Think he got kicked of for crossing boundaries. This will be the 3rd time I have gotten drawn. Anyone hunt any of the middle pastures?

I know the feeling, brother.

The success rate would improve dramatically if everyone would refrain from driving around every inch of the compartment on day one.

I always share info with neighbors if I know the area. But it never fails, as soon as they start driving around, they push the deer out of the area.

Skunked on the archery hunts and the private land hunts. Didn't have Pronghorn results in yet and my preference points were the same as a week ago, so they are probably still entering applications on that.

I have a lot of gun hunt applications in also, so we'll see on those. Got drawn for GDE and Javelina last year.

Yes they have drawn private land. Talked to TPWD worker(Chris), the only draw that has not been completed is the pronghorn as of 1:30 today 8-19-11. The results should be out this evening according to Chris at TPWD.

Just found out that I got drawn for Private Lands - Travis County Ranch for Doe/Spike. Struck out on the Archery and Mucollough County Ranch draws.

well i didnt get picked for the stringfello, i am holding out for the rifle hunt in brazose bend , and see if my kid gets a draw for one of the youth hunts
