            Something to think about. I’ve seen these before but they were filled with concrete. You may have rust issues and or leak issues filling with water. Your piper size may be a little large to fill with concrete though......think that would weigh quite a bit. Rollers can be made smaller and heavier when filled with concrete.

                      Helper did not show today. Got a little more done

                      Need to weld the tongue and braces.

                      And weld the back support.

                      I was able to elevate and roll it. It was almost true and one end and our about a 1/8 on the other. I’m pretty happy with that.

                      Will need to add a mud scrapper when I get the steel

                              My soil is sandy loam (more sand than loam) and I tried a cultipacker but it would push up the soil and start digging in, I bought an old tire roller and rebuilt it. It works pretty good, I attached a drag to cover the seed before rolling it.
                              We use one similar to yours but in 100x worse shape.
