I hunt between Normangee and Hilltop Lakes off of Hwy 3. Lots of Hogs around there.

Like this? I made this one for my Daughter. she just turned 4 today. It's made with 1/2" PVC 36" long. I covered the outside of it with black heat shrink and made the wrap and silencers from Paracord. the string is also Paracord. I've shot it over 20 yrds before. If I ever make another one for someone that young I will make it a little longer. This one is a little hard for her to draw. The longer it is the easyer it is to draw.

36" It came out to be about 25# @20" draw. I had to streach it alot to weaken it. so she could shoot it. I'd make it about 42" if i had to do it over. (and Pink)

No shelf. Just rest the arrow on your hand. I did make a shelf for my next one out of PVC to go under the handle wrap but i haven't tried it yet.

I will have to make one for my boy some weekend really soon. He has a bow that shoots nerf arrows (toy from Cabela's) but I think he'll be really excited to have a "big boy" bow.

I've shot alot of different arrow but the Carbon Express Thunder Storms 30-50 seem to shot really well. I would like to try some Bamboo arrows but I don't feel like spending that much $$$ right now.

Lol I bet you didn't think they would shoot that well did you. I've shot mine every day for over a month trying to wear it out. It shoots better now than day one. What are you using for a string?

for now 600lb test trot line string. its all i had to "run test" with. and yes i was suprised at how well it shoots and it is absoutly noiseless. thats what amazed me the most. super quiet bow.
