    The Real Pandemic

I saw a new study that reported Texas is 8th in the nation in child obesity.
    1 in 5 kids aged 10-17
And won’t get better as they age— 35% of adults in that category.
Maybe the single biggest root cause of health issues in the country (my opinion).
I’d have liked to see more focus on healthy lifestyle as protection against the rona like quite a few countries did.

I’ve been saying this since the onset. Instead our solution was to shutdown gyms, even beaches and ski mountains. There was even a mother who was arrested for taking her child to a park, my god the audacity of that woman!

No, the solution must come from big pharma and they haven’t formulated a slim pill that isn’t basically meth. And they don’t really want to cure anything. There is WAAAAAY more money in giving statins, blood pressure meds and all the new meds for various auto immune disorders that our toxic diet is causing…

My 17yo has been working a couple evening shifts at a local restaurant/country club to help them out. He just made a comment last night about how he never realized how many people are fat. It's true, obesity is out of control. I'm not overweight but I could lose 10lbs and not be mad about it. The fact is though, we eat crap we were never meant to eat, fast food, processed food, cokes, we overload on simple carbs, no exercise, sit at a desk, sit on the couch, etc.... Tens of millions of people could ditch the diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol meds if they would lose 25-100lbs.

obesity has been a problem for decades. Remember the food triangle? How many servings of “grains” were we supposed to eat? Read the book “wheat belly” when you get an opportunity. How do we get cattle “fat” or “finished”? Yes, feed them grains.

combined the fact that kids now-a-days sit in front of a screen more than ever before and have all kinds of food that they stuff their faces with, what could one expect?

              Sure you would .
I remember all those times you backed Glen up, in the dozens and dozens of threads, where he pushed the narrative of being healthy vs the bs the gov is pushing in regards to the plandemic.

I agree- Government spent millions on the “Brain on Drugs” commercials. Spent billions on Covid advertisements and incentives. I’ve yet to see a commercial promoting healthy lifestyle. Too much money long term in poor health is my opinion. All you can do is help those around you that are interested in helping themselves. I’m walking into gym now to train and then help someone else once I’m done with myself

What about those "statistics" about all of the kids in the US that go to bed hungry every night. I don't believe that for a second. I quick google search for starving US children brought me to the upstanding website...Feeding America dot org. They have an obese girl on their landing page...I guess their mission is accomplished. Also, their site states this BS calling us racists.

"The number of children facing hunger in the United States rose during the pandemic - from more than 10 million children in 2019 to nearly 12 million children in 2020. Black and Latino children are more than twice as likely to face hunger as white children because of systemic racial injustice"

When you say numbers, are you talking about weight you are pushing/pumping in the gym?? Or are you talking about blood work type numbers such as cholesterol?

THERE IS NO MONEY IN A HEALTHY POPULOUS.. It is a "PLANDEMIC" not a pandemic and has been in the works for a very long time.. Do you think that United States is the fattest country on the planet by accident? Well it's not.. It is because our politicians are totally corrupt and are in bed with the food manufacturers and big pharma.. They make billions upon billions off of people being fat. There are actually a couple of good documentaries out about this... Just research how bad Corn Syrup is for the human body and then research how many products are allowed to contain it.. It poison yet nothing is done to stop its use.. Quite the opposite actually.

I’m curious about full blood work but won’t be until next month. My blood pressure numbers have done well in about 40 days. I monitor it because I’m not happy with it. Average 140s/80 usually. I’ve been about 140/ low 70s recently.
