They’re a private entity just like any other business that can make decisions for their workplace, such as frc, ppe, as well as work attire. That said, it’s the consumers right to move on and do business elsewhere.

Yep. Companies can implement their policies and consumers can vote with their dollar. Pretty simple.

The bigger issue at play (and its been going on for decades) is the Federal Government withholding Federal contracts and funding until the recipient bends to their will. This isn't new with the Covid vaccine. I work for a Federal Contractor and we all had to get the jab or seek employment elsewhere

At this point if I stopped buying or doing business with every company that did something I disagreed with personally or rightfully or whatever, I’d pretty much need to just live off the grid and get rid of any sort of manufactured possessions.

I don’t buy that much carhartt **** for my business to hurt them much anyhow

AT&T is still enforcing the Biden mandates. Feel free to boycott and call them too.

Wrong. They can’t change conditions of employment to those already employed without compensation.

That is why companies were offering bribes( bonuses, gift cards etc) to those who got the vaccine. They weren’t doing it because they were being nice.

Lots of lawsuits will be filed once the SCOTUS makes its final ruling.

I think lawsuits will be filed soon after the first severe adverse reactions happen...imo these companies are foolish to enforce these experimental / controversial / failing jabs.

It think this is about financials. If the employer provides health insurance, X% of employees get covid, Y% of those people have a real issue with it and need to go to the hospital for some time - that is very expensive and the company likely picks up most of the bill. Requiring vaccination de-risks the possibility of high medical expenses for the company.

My employer just put the mandate back in place and with no exemptions excepted. I had to cancel three upcoming trips.

I will be chasing an attorney if shown the door. If anyone knows one chasing this situation please let me know.

Good luck. They’ve got much deeper pockets than you do. My company is also moving forward with it. It’s a multi billion dollar company, they know they won’t pay a dime or they wouldn’t have continued on with it. They said it’s a policy not a mandate.
