I think you guys should listen to the Michael Berry Podcast of tonight’s show,he had an infectious disease dr from Houston on, his comments about comparing the deaths rates of this virus to the flu are 180 degrees from what is being posted here.

What's really fascinating is the rapid spread of different coronavirus threads on TBH

What do you mean? What did the doctor say?

            Good 180 or bad 180?

I suggest listening to the podcast, he said a lot, the main thing he said was that he felt the number of deaths being reported was accurate but the number of people infected by the virus could be under reported by as much as half or two thirds which would significantly lower the percentage of deaths to infections. I believe he spoke that this virus was no where near as deadly as the flu, but he was extremely concerned about this virus as it was new and the main fear was the unknown.

Got a link? I looked at Michael Berry Show episodes, and none of them sound like they include this discussion.

I pulled it up on my podcast app on my iPhone and looked under the Michael Berry show and it was the first one listed.

I was reading earlier that it has been around in other variants. Some had even found it listed on the "effective against" labels on Lysol cans...before this became news.

Yeah there are different strains, just like theres a bajilliondy other Rhinoviruses

That's why they are calling it a novel Coronavirus, because the particular strain is completely new. I guarantee no one found Covid 19 on a Lysol label before this was discovered.

Not the 19 version, but coronaviruses have been around a long time. Similar to common cold viruses. SARS and MERS are coronaviruses.

Every news report said she likely had been in contact with someone who had it. They just hadn't tracked down exactly where it happened. They were confident it didn't appear out of thin air.

Go to his latest podcast. You may have to fast forward to find it, but it's in there.

Thanks. It's nice to hear a rational and educated discussion of the topic for a change.
