How do the harass fisherman? Yell at them from the bank? Just curious

My buddy is a fishing guide around here and was fishing with some customers in a marina. Guy came out of a houseboat and start yelling cussing about no fishing allowed ect. Buddy explained that they were in a boat and the waters open to anybody ol boy ended up coming back outside with a pistol. They hauled *** and guy ended up getting tossed into the Travis co jail.
