As for as #1 goes it shouldn't be about religion; it is or should be about personal freedom... A business owner should have the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time. It is THEIR business, move on

#2 is silly... the Constitution protects us from state sponsored religion and having a sculpture on the courthouse lawn isn't forcing anyone to look at it..
