    Let's ask Iran, Somalia, Lybia, Jordan, Iraq, n. Korea, chad, Georgia, and turkey how they feel about due process for non citizens. Maybe they can explain where we are going wrong.

      The ACLU suing the state of Mississippi for passing a law to allow business owners the right to refuse service to LBGT based off of religious beliefs.

      The ACLU suing and forcing the removal of the ten commandments in front of the Oklahoma State Capital.

      The ACLU suing Universities for not admitting illegal aliens! Currently LOMA.

      Just look at everyone they are suing in the name of human rights, but all it is promoting their own agenda of what they think America should be!

              ACLU.........my skeptical meter instantly kicks in. Always a backdoor ulterior motive thus the credibility is limited. I am in for the comments!

But clearly, knee jerk reactions are the order of the day for America as a whole......and Trump is the KING of knee jerk regrettably! Both sides of the aisle are incredibly guilty of this. Amazing how easily everyone loses their mind when something goes awry and YES both sides attempt to use events for political gain..........which limit our liberties once they finish "legislating"! Simply READ the constitution, the attached amendments and the Bill of Rights.............all the answers & appropriate actions are right there. I wonder if Trump or Hillary have actually ever read it............or better yet.........understood it! WE are in trouble!

                Agreed....I just like seeing some folks hypocrisy when issues don't fit their views.

                Myself included.

                We get mad as hell when they take God out of school, but don't see a problem when we has religious symbols at the courthouse.

                    I agree that we shouldn't allow school personnel to promote religion because if we allow Henry Smith to push Christianity we have to also allow Mohammed Alfazar to promote Islam and Sarah Black to promote atheism, etc. Of course this also means that we can't prohibit students from doing so or it would infringe on their 1st amendment rights. However, I do believe that the ten commandments are an appropriate display at a courthouse due to the historic influence of that "document" on our current legal system. Has nothing to do with the religious aspect. Take that ACLU!
