Let's ask Iran, Somalia, Lybia, Jordan, Iraq, n. Korea, chad, Georgia, and turkey how they feel about due process for non citizens. Maybe they can explain where we are going wrong.

The ACLU suing Universities for not admitting illegal aliens! Currently LOMA.
Just look at everyone they are suing in the name of human rights, but all it is promoting their own agenda of what they think America should be!

no where does it say "all Americans are created equal"
i agree that no one should be indefinitely imprisoned without due process...

ACLU.........my skeptical meter instantly kicks in. Always a backdoor ulterior motive thus the credibility is limited. I am in for the comments!

...But clearly, knee jerk reactions are the order of the day for America as a whole......and Trump is the KING of knee jerk regrettably!
Both sides of the aisle are incredibly guilty of this. Amazing how easily everyone loses their mind when something goes awry and YES both sides attempt to use events for political gain..........which limit our liberties once they finish "legislating"!
Simply READ the constitution, the attached amendments and the Bill of Rights.............all the answers & appropriate actions are right there. I wonder if Trump or Hillary have actually ever read it............or better yet.........understood it! WE are in trouble!

We get mad as hell when they take God out of school, but don't see a problem when we has religious symbols at the courthouse.

Again, don't say things you don't understand, which seems to be most things, so just sit in the corner.
