The no fly list / gun purchase threads sparked my interest. After a little research I have changed my mind. Without Due Process, no one should have their freedoms stripped or restricted. Even non-US citizens. Please sign this petition and join the ACLU.

Non US citizens have to many rights... It's why we are in the shape that we are in today.. We are either going to make some changes toward fixing the problem or we won't have a "recognizable country" very soon..
It's time to draw some hard lines... If they don't like it then they can go back home.. Hopefully they choose the latter. Easier that way.

We need to set some new rules. They either like them, agree to abide by them, walk the chaulk line and stay OR they are sent packing... Why should we be any more lenient than any other country???
