Interesting but I guarantee you if there is a Democrat president elected and some conservative judges did this they would just ignore them, same as sleepy Joe did on SCOTUS and student loans and boy they would be screaming from the roof tops of how X judge is out of line and needs to be removed.....well what about when the other judges did it????? Well....that was different Trump was President and he was enforcing the laws and deporting future democrat voters.....and not letting boys in girls sports, he was just crazy !!

Why have a president if we are just going to ignore due process and have no check and balance? We could get us one of them kings that rules on his every whim…
I kid, but I am also not. You may not like the judge’s position, but our democratic republic was set up in this manner for the purpose of avoiding tyranny. I believe we should let the process play out as it was designed.
I do think Trump’s use of the foreign enemies act is being applied beyond the intent in which it was drafted. We have processes already in place for proper deportation, we didn’t need to invent new ones.

I agree somewhat with the OP, but also disagree. We have to let the law be the law, but politicians, (and make no mistake, federal judges ARE politicians), have been making political decisions that favor their respective parties for years. It’s almost impossible to impeach one, but it needs to happen sometimes. Judge shopping is real !
I think this: The framers had no idea that politics was going to get this corrupt. If they had, I think we would have seen term limits from the get-go. Their idea was that a farmer, a wheelwright, a doctor, a soldier, an any occupation you can name, would go to Washington, serve a term or two and go back and take up his real life. It might have worked before industrialization but not now that you can turn $150,000 per annum job into millions in a few short years.
Our system is flawed and our corrupt politicians on both sides do not want to change it, and they won’t. Lip service is all we get from them. Money talks and bull$h*t walks !

Half the problem is these “ngo’s” filing these suits as well, that any impartial judge would probably toss out on merit and standing alone. Democrats in congress have admitted to meeting weekly with “ngo” orgs to bring about these suits to try and use law fare to derail everything this admin does because orange man bad.
What in your mind have they done that is outside the foreign enemies act? As far as I know it’s being used to deport transnational gang bangers, who’s gangs are designated terrorists by this country as well as others. Contrary to what the media says, a Maryland Man was not mistakenly given the boot.

The judicial branch was not set up to run the country, only to rule on existing laws and be a check and balance to other branches and they have been operating outside that parameter.

It should be temporary (maybe 3 months max) unless adopted by the legislature and unrepeatable for at least 4 years. The POTUS was never meant to legislate and for decades now every president has been abusing it more and more.
The OP is about a judicial branch that has strayed beyond its given constitutional bounds, aided, abetted, and led under the guise of NGO’s that are part of an elected and unelected class of swamp muck.
IMO this far supersedes any of the current events that have happened in the last several months. This cannot go on or there is no reason to have elected officials when judges are allowed to dictate from the bench.

Cause letting them set up shop here and run rough shod over Americans is BS and should be dealt with a heavy hand IMO, much more aggressive than just rounding up and deporting.
