            One of the things I don't do since I retired from the Army, PUSHUPS! I do push myself away from the table, sit-up in bed and "run" to the store for beer. My version of the army pt test.

              Let me tell you from experience. Start out slow. Do not push through it. Even if you can... don't.

              Risking shoulder injury. Biceps tendon injuries. etc etc.

                      I did 72 in 60 seconds on my last fit test a few weeks ago........I could see a 100

                        I don't work out. Just quit smoking 2 weeks ago after 35+ yrs of smoking. I'm may have a few pounds in my gut I could stand to lose...
                        I just did 16 knuckle pushups before my form started to wane. Reading the program, I will start week 1 on Sunday and then do Tuesday and Thursday.
                        We'll see were 6 weeks gets me...
