I started deer hunting when I took up the bow 2 years ago. I had been out several times, but the first deer I saw come near my tripod was an 8 point buck. I shot him at 22 yards and he looked like a monster to me. He doesn't look quite as big now, but I'm still proud of him. It was the first time I had ever drawn on an animal...it was amazing.

A blacktail buck about 20 years ago in CA. He was huge I tell ya, he probably field dressed at about 60# and would have scored around 30".
