Well put in 15 hard miles in. At 7pm I finally got on a huge bull and my Brand new Fierce 300prc extractor decided to break and just like that the money, hard earned miles are done.

Hats off to my guide Simon who worked his butt off to get me a bull. They just weren't moving.

That really sucks, that’s another example of why I never leave home on a hunting trip, with only one rifle.

I rarely have gun problems when hunting, but the few times I have, we’re not any fun. If I am going more than 50 miles from the house, I have a backup gun.

I should do the same with bows, since I have had a lot more problems with archery equipment than I ever have with guns. I have always owned one hunting bow. I really should buy a second one.
