Don't worry..... He has eaten plenty of DJ's. He was just never told that's what it was
That might be true. I have eaten a lot of Boudin balls or links at food booths at festivals or restaurants and on occasion I ask if it is a homemade recipe or bought from a factory.
A couple have said that they buy DJ’s. They just don’t advertise it.

Yellow Rose in Winnie is also good and in the area. I agree with most above MB is awesome. I'm throwing Yellow Rose out there for the local guys who haven't tried it yet. Its a really good little meat market!
Well, the Market Basket suggestion was absolutely killer. Just had the smoked pepperjack and smoked jalapeno. My dad is upset that I didn't get more. Thanks for the tips, everyone. Will definitely be stocking up on plenty more next time I am down there.
Take the Toomey Starks exit, head North. 1 mile on the left, Insane sausages! Very good.
Market Basket is even if you are talking regular boudin. Frozen Boudin? DJs is pretty good, but ya gotta smoke it yourself
