Back to flat earthers. Many an engineer I deal with, not just youngsters with false convictions.

A few limitations/challenges for this method: inorganic materials cannot be dated, it is prohibitively expensive, and samples can easily be contaminated.

We just have to trust the scientific community, though...

Artifacts, such as, The London Hammer make me believe one of the groups in the scientific community is incorrect.

Their conclusion will be: Man's been around longer than previously believed! This way they can just say it's simply a new discovery. No way they'll ever admit the rest of their theories are wrong.

Flat Earthers!!

I am not a flat earther. Considering the moon looks round, sun looks round, and any planet I look at with a telescope looks round I’m going to assume the earth is round. Even looking at the moon I have to adjust eye relief/zoom when viewing the edge of the moon vs the center due to distance. Leads me to believe it’s round.

However, sometimes the math just doesn’t add up. Maybe there is an explanation maybe not. I stumbled on this a few mins ago and happened to see it. Only watched it bc I remembered this thread. If you research you’ll find several videos just like this from places all over the world using either high powered cameras/telescopes and lasers. One is the skyline of Chicago from across Lake Michigan. Never thought much about the subject so I’m clueless on it.

Maybe someone can explain?

I don't know if we actually went to the moon and dang sure do not care one way or the other but we haven't done it since..
None of this stupid crap benefits us as a country at this point int he game..
We have much bigger problems that need solving.

Yeah, had to beat the Russians. So important to get there 50+ years ago. Our future depended on it. Then after getting there we just said screw it, we don’t need to go back. People actually bought that BS. They may be dumber than flat earth era.
