Lord we are in such great need of Your tender mercy and grace as little Colt fights for his life and a healthy, strong heart. Father we ask for Your perfect wisdom to guide his medical team as they perform Your miracle on this child. We place our complete faith and trust in You for complete healing and restoration. Lord be with this family and comfort them, assuring them of Your Almighty power and of Your undying love for Colt.

I'm not sure what time his surgery was and I haven't heard anything yet. As soon as I hear something I will let everyone know.

Update from mom and dad Facebook

Update- Colt was taken in for surgery at 9:30 this morning and was finally sent to recovery at 5:30 pm. The surgeon said he was pleased with how things went, but time will tell. He spent hours working on his valve and patching the center of his heart back together. The next few months will tell if it all holds together, but we are thanking God that he made it through it and is finally in recovery. There is some serious concern with his lungs now because they had taken a real beating over the last 2 months. I can’t thank everyone enough for all the prayers. We know that’s what carried him through today. Please please continue to pray for this boy as this next phase of recovery starts and that this surgery will hold. So many uncertainties still and obstacles yet for him to face. God please continue to turn this around [emoji170][emoji120][emoji120][emoji120]
