2023 Workout Accountability Thread!

    Chest and triceps done. Got in a little late so I only got 3 movements in per body part. It was good though. 5X5 or 5X8 supersets

    Incline bench press on smith machine/cable pushdown
    Flat bench press on smith machine/overhead rope extension
    Seated wide grip chest press/cable kickbacks
    Ab roller/med ball sit ups

          Ran 5 miles Friday and it was a struggle. Ate like **** and didn't do anything Saturday and Sunday. Officially going back into the gym today because I think its the atmosphere I am missing. Planning on some cardio and legs but gotta get back on track before I roll to far off the tracks. Still have 4-6 weeks before I can even tough a weight for upper body.

              I got in a little early this morning and knocked out chest and biceps. Got a decent warm up in with 20/20/15/10 and then went heavy for 5X5 and got some 5X10 in on biceps. It was a good morning.

              Incline bench on smith machine/preacher curl/incline sit up
              Bench press on smith machine/BB curl
              Cable fly/hammer curl bar over preacher bench
              DB incline bench press/overhead cable curl

              Back and leg day tomorrow

                  Jumping into here late, but hey, it still counts!

                  Down from 205 —-> 192 in the last 8 weeks. Lifting 4 days a week light cardio other days and controlling calories to around 1500 per day. Just finished 8 week aggressive cut and now going to do another 8 weeks just not as aggressive. Goal weight is 180

                    That is awesome! I am stuck at 200ish and need to turn up my cardio along with cleaning up my eating habits.

                      Got in for back, legs and threw in shoulders for good measure. Gym was crowded AF this morning so I had to move around a lot to get a decent workout in.

                        30 minutes of hard riding on the bike then 10 minutes on the elliptical with a 25 lb pack.

                          Made it over lunch again. Did cardio and a very light chest day with mainly push ups and cable movements for tris. Decent workout over all.

                          Not sure about manana as I am avoiding any Bi, Back and Shoulder exercises for another 3-4 weeks I am suppose to.
