    Ended up doing Chest and tris with extra cardio today.

    Tomorrow will be a rest day with a side of dancing at a wedding. Sunday I will be back at it.

      Got it done for chest and arms this morning. 20/20/15/10 rep range. Cut it short to get my truck in the shop this morning.

      Bench press/preacher curl/cable pull down/med ball situp
      Incline bench press/cable rope curl/overhead rope extension
      Cable fly/cable pushdown inverse grip/spider curl

        Traveling and a wedding on Saturday and Sunday. Ate terribly and drank too much. Believe yesterdays hangover might have been the straw that breaks the camels back for me and drinking. There’s literally no benefit at all and I am going to make a push to be done with it entirely.

        just finished a good Shoulders, core and cardio session.

        legs tomorrow.

          DB pullover/sled leg press/calf raise
          Lat pulldown inverse grip/leg extension/incline situp
          Low row inverse grip/seated leg curl
          Ab roller/hanging leg raise 2X10 for each

                        Its going dang well honestly even though the tear and degeneration was twice as bad as my left. Still have 4-6 weeks before I or the orthopedic will let me do a bicep or back exercise or touch a free weight. OT involves lots of stretching and this acupuncture shocking crap in my bicep and brachialis that hurts like a mofo.
