It was a long hot weekend. We went to the ranch my son in law works on at Catarina on Saturday and I spent all day yesterday working on and around the house. I'm almost through painting the master bath! One more coat should finish it and then start working on the ship lap for my wife. House work is kickin' my arse! The bed was cozy this morning, but I drug my self in and I'm glad I did. Chest and biceps today. 20/20/15/10 reps to warm up on chest and then went 5X5 supersets. Big time heavy day today.

Knocked out a few runs the last couple of days. Injections happened Friday and arm still hurts like hell. The swelling has gone done to where I can finally take off my class ring so progress is being made. Need to keep the diet in check as I can see the slacking on that side of things catching up to me. Will be knocking out another 2-4 mile jog this evening.

Weighed in under 200 for the first time in 6 or 7 years the other day. My knees are shot, so I’m not able to do much more than walking, but I’ve been intermittent fasting, eating smaller portions, and went from 3-4 sodas a day to one every 3-4 days. I’m hoping as I get lighter it’ll be a little easier for me to ramp up my exercise.

Chest and triceps toasted this morning. 20/20/15/10 warm up reps and then 5X5 on chest and 5X10 on triceps. I'm gonna regret it later, but it sure feels good right now!
