        I missed all of last week due to the TDEM conference in Fort Worth and I've been sporadic since trying to make the new house ready for move in at th3e end of this month. I'm exhausted, but hit it this morning anyway. I didn't get a lot done, but it's a start. 20/20/15/10 rep range.

        Bench press/preacher curl/incline sit up
        Incline bench press/BB curl
        DB fly/overhead cable curl

            Solid back and bi session yesterday (didn't get in the gym until 3pm)

            Today is suppose to be chest and tri's and manana is legs.

            48' ice bath for 4 mins first thing this morning.

            About 5-6 weeks in on that spill and still liking the kickstart it gives in the AM.

            I am about 3 weeks in trying to go a little harder than normal and currently sitting at approximately -11,000 calorie deficit for that time frame and have gone from 194 to 190. Weekends have been getting me and better documentation continues to show the set backs on the food side and furthermore the alcohol. Any day with more than 2-3 drinks leds to a ****ty following 48hrs and a worse than normal sleep.

            Eventually I am going to really try and kick alcohol to the curb for a 4-5 week period to see just how big of a difference there is. Sucks that its such a social aspect.

              Chest and tris done over lunch!

              Last year at this time I couldn’t throw up 90-95’ for a rep on DB bench and now I’m repping 115’s. Awesome to see the progress rolling and I am finally building up my chest enough that a correct and more fluent form is occurring. I’ve had to migrate away from BB bench because of that but I might finally be able to jump back into BB bench soon.

                  Bells of steel squat/landmines/med ball sit up
                  Inverse grip lat pull down/standing leg curl/incline sit up

                      Edit: Failed a 355 PR on Squat but new PR on Bb DL at 465’ which was solid. Went for 475’ but no dice.

                      Believe tomorrow is with shoulders or back/Bi’s

                          Late to the game but I started 7 days ago (slowly working out lol). Walking 3 miles each morning and started intermittent fasting today. I usually do intermittent fasting before elk season and knock out 20 pounds pretty easy....but I'm the heaviest I've ever been after skipping elk season last year. Want to lose 30-35 pounds.

                            Got home and to bed late last night, but still manages to make it today. I'm trying to get back in the swing of it after being in Fort Worth all last week and working my arse off on this house to get moved in. No rest for the weary, that's for sure!

                            Chest and triceps today. Transitioning from high reps back to 5X5 heavy so I hit it on the heavy side and went 3X8-10 on chest and 3X12-15 on triceps.

                            Incline DB chest press/overhead rope extension
                            Incline DB chest press one setting lower/cable pushdown inverse grip/incline sit up
                            Flat DB chest press/cable kickback
                            DB fly/cable pushdown pronated grip/ab roller

                              Was suppose to be shoulders but looks like all the college kids are back home for the summer and the gym is packed.... Waited for 10 mins for a shoulder or adjustable bench to be free and then said screw it and changed to back and bi's.

                              Shoulders tomorrow.
