        Went in for chest and tris but had absolutely no energy. Called an audible and did cardio and core.

        Starting tomorrow I am Going to try to do a more aggressive 14 stent. Lower calorie intake to see if I can get past this 188-191 plateau I’ve been stuck on the last 30-45 days

            I've painted nearly the entire interior of our new home.. I only have 2.5 bathrooms and the laundry room left to pain. My back, feet and knees are killing me today. Alarm went off at 0345 this AM and I felt pretty good and was gonna hit the gym, but momma wasn't moving so we made it a rest day.

            Definitely going to try and get back in the groove of things tomorrow.

                    I finally got back in after being out for a week and and a half working on the new house. That working on a house 8-12 hours a day is exhausting! I felt rested enough today to make it in to the gym and try and get back on some type of a regular schedule. The gym scale showed I was down 6 pounds today.
                    Chest and bicep supersets 20/20/15/10 rep ranges.

                    Bench press/preacher curl/med ball situps
                    Incline DB chest press/BB curl/incline leg raise
                    DB fly/hammer curl bar over preacher bench/windshield wipers

                    Back and leg day tomorrow.

                      20 miles Monday, 10 hard miles at 22 mph yesterday. I'm off the next 3 days to taper then 157 miles with 7,000 ft. of elevation on Sat.

                        Woke up on time again this morning. I know it’s a very minor thing but I’m trying to get back into an early morning routine and some consistency helps go a long way. Ice bath done also.

                        Have a couple board meetings down town so it’ll be an afternoon session for me. Leaning shoulders with cardio/core emphasis.

                              Down 10 pounds since april…still eat trashy (sometimes)

                              But i sure do feel better. After a decent warm up, all those aches and pains disappear.

                                Back at the gym this morning. Back and legs, but not too heavy cuz I'm playing golf this afternoon. 20/20/15/10 rep range.

                                Lat pull down/leg extension/incline sit up
                                Lat pull down inverse grip/standing leg curl
                                Low row/weighted standing calf raise/med ball sit up
