I spent the entire weekend moving into the new house. Dadgum it was hot and I didn't think my wife and I had that much stuff. Good thing the movers took the heavy stuff. Rest day today and then back at it tomorrow.

Back and Bi's done. Right bicep doesn't have much more left in it before the PRP chots will be needed.

Haven’t lost many lbs, but have lost a couple inches.

Been running and rowing the last few weeks. All I can say is the rower is the devil!

            Y’all are motivation for sure!

Still moving all my stuff from one house to the other. I'm wiped out every day so I've been missing gym Hopefully get back starting next week.

Have walked almost 3 miles every day since June first. Started a none to run app this week. I hate running with every fiber of my being so we will see if I keep at it. Need to start adding to the walking, I just don't know what yet.
Stayed in Washington DC for over a week and did a stair climber machine in the gym most days, would be nice to have to get ready for elk season.

I missed this with the forum upgrade. I don't have any hard fast rules. I have a sweet tooth and will raid the house to find a snack late at night. If I can go a couple nights of not doing that it's fairly easy. I rarely eat breakfast so that part is easy. Then I just eat my normal lunch (sandwich some days fast food some days sit down restaurant some days) and whatever the wife cooks for supper. Eating just lunch and supper puts me at a 16/8 routine (8 hour window to eat). Omitting the late night snacking is probably the biggest part of the weight loss for me. If I go long enough skip a lunch here and there I will get to where I only eat one meal a day.
I don't get hung up on what I'm eating when I do eat although I may get a side salad instead of fries with a meal if eating out. Drink water instead of sweet tea, eat pork rinds instead of potato chips at lunch with sandwich. I know folks say you have to watch what you eat during intermittent fasting if I cand find a substitute that has less sugar/carbs at a meal I will. But I really try not to overthink it.

Knocked out legs this afternoon but didn't feel right and the worst workout I've had in a few months. I also am calling mercy on my right bicep. I cannot open a door, pick up a book or even tie my shoes without above average pain anymore... Going to try and set up a Dr's appt tomorrow.

Thanks for the info. How has it helped taking off the weight??

I used to be able to skip breakfast when I worked but it’s hard to do now that I am home all the time. Being retired makes me hungry and hangry sometimes . Going to try and up my cardio and clean up the menu and see how that goes.

Every year for our elk hunt it was an easy way to knock off 20 pounds. Before I became self employed we would do competition at work for biggest percentage lost and I would win and use the money to buy my tags lol. But this year I'm not losing near as fast. I've lost 4-5 pounds since June 1st and that's with walking 3 miles every day and now adding in a walk to run interval app. Seems before I would lose several pounds at first without exercise (im sure mostly water weight) then the rest would come off easy as well adding in some exercise. I realize walking isn't the best way to lose weight but it's a start for me in the worst shape physically I've ever been roughly 30 pounds over weight. Adding some running over the next few weeks (I'd rather walk a mile over hot coals barefoot than run any distance) and add in some weights.

Thursday and Friday were rest days. Was fishing on falcon Saturday and Sunday. Monday and Yesterday were running days for me with a 3 mile jog and then a 6 mile jog.

Doc confirmed that its the exact same thing in my right bicep as it was in my left. Have a MRI today so we can see just how bad it is and as long as there isn't a tear then will be doing a PRP injection. Not looking forward to this set back but have to get it resolved with how bad it hurts.

Lots of cardio and legs in my immediate future.

I only made it one day last week, due to the move and getting the new house set up. I mad yesterday and today rest days just because I'm so darn tired. I'll try and hit it tomorrow.
