            He took the doe into a cedar thicket just on the end of my food plot about an hour ago and we haven’t seen him come out yet

            When I first spotted them, they were out in the middle of the big corn field about 175-200 yds from me



            This is a closeup of the gap between trees where I spotted him



            Then they went to the back side of my foodplot into the cedar thicket and the wind is blowing to me from their direction, so I am good with scent from this direction. I could see the line where they were headed would take them into the brush 80-100 yards from my stand.




            Dan watched them from his stand about 800 years west of me and the buck was just slowly following behind the doe. She’s not in heat yet, but he is waiting on her to come in and will not leave her side. Now it’s just a matter of time waiting it out in this drizzling rain to hopefully have her lead him right past me in this stand close enough for a shot

                                Buck followed doe out into the brush along the river about 120 yards away from me. Not certain, but I think they are probably bedded in the thick stuff nearby now
