Never as a whole here either. I don't want to know.

I just do individual purchase comparisons ......

HEB for me. Mummes apple scented. I just pay what they charge me. I guess I am a sucker, but has worked for years.

Biggest effect on me is not deer corn but the added prices of everything on grocery store shelves. Everything from eggs- bacon- steaks are having an impact

I grab mummes at HEB. It’s what my grandpa and uncle used growing up so it’s nostalgic

Being on a fixed income the higher prices affect my pocketbook so I call around for the cheapest prices. Instead of feeding year round I’ll just feed during the season and keep my throw set at 3 seconds instead of 5. I used to be loyal to the store I bought all my feed from as the owner, who I know, always had the best prices because she negotiated fixed price deals on her corn before the season started. Worked great if prices rose, which they usually did. Not so good if prices dropped. Even then she’d cut me a little slack for being a good customer. Unfortunately she retired and sold the store to a big organization and their prices are the highest around. I’m long time friends with the new manager but still can’t get a break from the new outfit.

I get it at Buc-ee's. They are generally the cheapest from my area to the the lease. It's my halfway point on the drive. We run 8 feeders. The only change I made at these prices is cutting back the # of seconds on my feeder timers. 12 seconds per day down to 8-ish seconds. I can fill feeders every 7-8 weeks with one (40 bag) pallet. Buc-ee's loads the corn on pallet in bed of my truck.

We buy in bulk and make the roads yellow.

                  Cheapest part of deer hunting......
He who throws the most corn has the most deer, not really, just hogs!

I couldn’t imagine buying “tons” of corn and having multiple leases. Never made it that high up the success ladder.

I just looked at my feed bill…. Right at $10,700 a week….and that don’t include hunting. It’s catastrophic to be honest

I'm on my 4th bag of corn this year but I didn't start feeding until around July. Just a little hand corn every evening and they hang around just like the feeder was going.

I’ll usually call every feed/sporting goods store between home and the lease. I can usually find someone that is about .50 a bag cheaper. Usually McCoys in Alice.

I've got my feeder filler in. Should cut my corn bill in half.
