Bells of steel squat/bodyweight ring pull ups/weighted crunch
Leg extension/low row
Overhead lat pull/prone leg curl
Bodyweight pullup/walking lunges/hanging leg raise
This upper respiratory crap is kicking my arse. My head hurts, I'm about to cough up a lung and I feel like doo doo all over. I've tested negative for Covid twice, but this sure feels like it.
