        Solid cardio and core session this morning.

        Dinner yesterday turned into a craving situation and got carried away
        Have to make up for it today!


        Chest and tris tomorrow.

          A good gym day today despite all the people there. Chest and biceps supersets 3X10 today. Gonna hit 3X10 all week and then go back to 5X5 next week.

          Incline DB chest press/preacher curl/incline situp
          Incline DB chest press one notch lower/hammer curl over preacher bench/ab roller
          Bench press/BB curl/hanging leg raise
          Seated wide grip chest press/arm blaster curls/weighted crunch

          Back and leg day tomorrow.

            Chest a tri super sets today. Was a little slower pace then I like but I am pretty worn out from Legs and then Cardio yester day.

                Got it done this morning for back and legs. Supersets 3X8-10

                Bells of steel squat/bodyweight ring pull ups/weighted crunch
                Leg extension/low row
                Overhead lat pull/prone leg curl
                Bodyweight pullup/walking lunges/hanging leg raise

                  I didn't make it today. I came into work to get some stuff lined out for tomorrow then I'm headed home. I fell like $ H I T.

                            This upper respiratory crap is kicking my arse. My head hurts, I'm about to cough up a lung and I feel like doo doo all over. I've tested negative for Covid twice, but this sure feels like it.

                            I got the doctor calling in me some drugs.
