About 450 acres and there are already 3 campers on it. No electric so I suppose generators will be a-runnin’.

I am in the same situation. My sites are set on a camper/shack and electricity for the first major expenses.

Tent, deer cart, and a case of ear plugs for the generators running.

Nothing wrong with tent camping. I had a couple of go-boxes for hunting. I used a single-pole teepee from sportsmansguide.com. I used this at my Lake Livingston lease in the humid summer heat and winter cooler weather. A battery powered fan and air mattress kept me comfortable. I left a cheap small trailer at the lease for pulling behind my old Yamaha ATV when I needed to carry a bunch of stuff.

              Maybe he meant "common man".
