                Looks like I am mistaken. The video linked below shows the Torx security fasteners That were purchased separately by the truck owner. There are links in the comments to the video for the Torx screws and driver.

                            A number of the Houston area Toyota dealer have placed large orders with Desert Eagle for plates. Expect to see them as a dealer installed option soon. Be interesting to see how they price them.

                                You could always just tack weld the bolts as well. The odds of having to ever remove it while you own the truck is slim.
