    Knocked out push day with a solid bit of cardio. Today was the first day in at least 1-2 years where I was really in the zone and felt like I was pushing myself hard enough and out working everyone else there at the gym. Love the feeling and hope it continues.
    I love that feeling as well. Adequate rest and less stress seems to trigger my good days. Even on not so good days, I'm outdoing the young guys in the gym.

    Giant sets today. Trying to hit everything twice a week except my shoulders. This has been a good week and like 150class, I've been in the zone. Back, triceps and legs today.

    Bent over BB row/weighted dips/leg extension
    Bent over BB row supinated grip/sled leg press/overhead rope extension
    Weighted pullup/single arm rope pulldown/prone leg curl
    Lat pull down neutral grip/cable pushdown

    Treating myself tonight to homemade fajitas and beer! Ya'll have a great weekend!

      Knocked out cardio and core today.
      • 15 mins of stairs lvl 10-13
      • 1500 meter row
      • Core circuit with 80lb DB farmer carries
      • 1 mile jog with (10) 50 meter sprints mixed in

        I had to be at work early, so instead of 3 movements at 5X5 I only got in 3.

        Back and leg supersets.


        T-bar row/supersquat/standing calf raise
        Hex bar row/sled leg press/calf raise
        Bent over BB row inverse grip/leg extension

        Chest and biceps tomorrow.

              Started yesterday morning with 3.5 miles

              Yesterday afternoon workout with my son consisted of:
              Deadlifts 5 x 6
              Walking Lunges 3 x 20
              Weighted Dips 3 x 6
              Strength Rows 3 x 6
              One Arm KB Shoulder Press 3 x 6
              Downward Chop 3 x 15 per side

              Then the wife and I walked another 1.5 miles before dark. It was a productive day.

                3 exercises for back @ 3 min reps

                  Time got away from me this morning and I didn't get all four movements in. Chest and biceps supersets 5X5.

                  Incline bench on smith machine/preacher curl
                  Bench press/BB curl
                  Cable crossovers/overhead cable curls

                  Shoulders and legs tomorrow. Yay.

                    Slept in this morning but made it in dring lunch. Still trying to fast with only 4-6hr eating windows.

                        My boxer had surgery to repair a broken leg yesterday morning so I missed the gym, but I made it back this morning. Back and triceps today.

                        Bent over BB row pronated grip/overhead DB extension
                        Bent over BB row supinated grip/single arm rope extensions
                        Weighted pullup/weighted dip
                        Low row/overhead rope extension
                        Bodyweight ring pullup/cable kickback

                        Chest and legs tomorrow before heading to the lease.

                          No gym today. Had to take the bandages off my boxer and finish packing for the lease. I figure I'll get enough exercise in filling feeders.

                            My problem has always been getting my butt to the gym. I get frustrated with the people and time it takes to wait on equipment. Eventually I always lose the motivation to go. So I finally bit the bullet and started a home gym. Started with a power rack, bar, bench and 300lbs of weights. Going to add on as I go. It's only been a week, but so far this is the best purchase I have ever made.

                              Fantastic sir! Been wanting to start my own home gym also so I am jealous!



                              Today was suppose to be a rest day for me but I was up at 545 ready to go so just decided to do a quick cardio day. 20 mins of lvl 10 to lvl 15 stairs, 1 mile row for time (believe it was around 6 mins) and 12 mins in the sauna.
                              Wasn't much but nothing beats the feeling of knocking out a sucky day or a cardio work out when it wasn't on the books.

                              Brushing in duck blinds in the marsh tomorrow so my carido will be butting cattails and wading through knee high mud.
