Giant sets today. Trying to hit everything twice a week except my shoulders. This has been a good week and like 150class, I've been in the zone. Back, triceps and legs today.
Bent over BB row/weighted dips/leg extension
Bent over BB row supinated grip/sled leg press/overhead rope extension
Weighted pullup/single arm rope pulldown/prone leg curl
Lat pull down neutral grip/cable pushdown
