You can see the arrow exited low and farther back. I agree the deer should die but not high lungs for sure.

Looks like liver/guts to me. What does the arrow look like. What did you find at the shot?

Liver in one lung for sure.
Usually takes four or five hours but if you clip the second lung he'd be down pretty quick

Based on angle I would say liver.

How was the blood trail? Every time I see those lighted nock pics they appear higher to me in the photos. Glad you got him.

I agree....especially when shooting down on a deer at any angle..
