I personally did not care for the draw cycle, nor the spongy back wall. Feels fantastic at the shot though.

That's why I bought one. It kills stuff way deader than mine Halon did.

Honestly Mathews, has left the competition behind on their last 3 bows.
This is my personal opinion, and yes I’m entitled to it !
They left everyone behind with the Triax !

I have the 31.5 and love it. Shoots great, dead in the hand, and very well balanced.

I'm coming from a 2008 Elite E-500, picked up the new VXR a few weeks ago and harvested 2 does so far. Great shooting bow and really quiet.

I have a vxr 28. it is absolutely the QUIETEST , dead in the hand shooting bow, I have ever shot. the only thing I really don't like about it, is the draw cycle on the 28 is pretty harsh (I'm shooting #70). it does break clean and has a solid backwall. I took to this bow pretty quick, and was grouping good out to 50 in no time. In hindsight, I kinda wished I had bought the 31.5.... I'm still very happy with this bow

my son just bought a Kure. its not as quiet as my vxr, nor as dead in the hand, but it has BY FAR the smoothest draw cycle I have ever pulled.
