Throw some heavy arrows with a fixed blade head at those porkers

          this is the correct answer.

FTR my wife and son both kilt pigs this weekend with chinadermics, hers (drawing 46#) went 40 yards pouring blood out both sides. Sons ran a circle under the feeder and fell over dead (60#). Hes shooting 28" FMJs and shes shooting 26" gold tips

Yep. I've seen way too many lost animals due to gimmicky mechanicals.

Heavy arrows with razor sharp cut on contact heads have served me very well for 40 years.

You need at least a 96 lb compound bow with an IBO rating of 421 fps while shooting a 650gr arrow set up, at 13 yards or less to get a pass through.

Fixed blade man!! I always use fixed on pigs. Thought I’d branch out this weekend and use an Xcutioner mechanical head on one. It got the job down but with very little penetration. Back to the slick tricks!

I used to say that. Every feeder, every night

Shot was at 12 yards and was high! Guessing a little forward as well. Pig ran off and game camera caught this picture. Arrow broke off when he ran by a tree and he seemed unharmed! Interested to pull card this weekend and see if he shows back up. Click image for larger version
